The journal was born from the cooperation among Italian and foreign Universities, within the International Ph.D. Program “Etudes cinématographiques et audiovisuelles: Cinéma, Musique, Arts Visuels, Communication”. The internal sections of the journal contain articles in different languages, and also a monograph dedicated from time to time to a specific subject. Besides its international dimension, Cinéma & Cie is characterized by the absolute originality of arts and audiovisual studies, projects and avangarde experimentations.
