Abstract
The teen-ager adventure of Rafael, his tormented transition from youth to adulthood, takes place in the city of Palermo. The writing experience of Evelina Santangelo, fully included in the nest of literary tradition explored at the light of bachtinian principles, is outstretched, in "Cose da pazzi", to «enlighten the others world trying to speak the others language» (M. Bachtin, "Estetica e romanzo") as the Russian writer would say. In this last novel «the others language» is above all the language of Rafael thoughts, in which there are layers of lexical and semantic shades, tones and slang of an environmental, social and human reality, irreducibly marked, of which the writer avails herself for the orchestration of her themes.
